Preferred Memberships
What Is A Preferred Member?
A preferred customer is someone who has signed a service agreement with us for bi-yearly service maintenance calls and has pre-paid. We go out once in the Spring and once in the Fall to do maintenance on their systems. The price varies according to number of systems, residential or commercial, and location. If they are signed up and paid up they will receive both service calls, PLUS, if they have any repairs needed at the time of those service calls and/or any other time during the contract period; they get special preferred rates (which can be substantial if the repairs are large).

To become a Preferred Customer please call us at (770) 267-2043 to request a Service Agreement Contract to be mailed to you and to supply us with the information needed to determine price (# of systems, etc.).
